login infomation sent. Just noticed this appearing in the browser console log:
post.php?post=3886&action=edit:136 GET http://dashicons-format-status/ net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
when I try to “edit” a news ticker.

I deactivated the plugin, deleted it, and re-installed it. Same issues are still there. Did this from the WordPress console. What to try next?
