I marked it as resolved.
I downgraded to version 1.0.38 and everything went smoothly perfect!.
I have just forgotten to mentioned that I did the below:
1- Disconnected and reconnected the Square connection
2- Deleted and reinstalled the plugin (Square/2.0.3)
3- Disabled the gateway and enabled it
Despite of all above, the problem still exists!
