It appears to be a cron job issue. What I can’t understand is why one install would work and the other not when they were completed in the same way? Are there any known theme are plugin compatibility issues that you can point me to (a list) or is there a required order when installing this plug in, such as it needs to be installed before a theme change?

Currently this is still unresolved but I will update this thread when it is.
