in my case it was this plugin customzing the checkout page. I deactivated the functions and it worked fine for me. I saw on your page for example the class “wc-gzd-product-name-left” so it seems the plugin “WooCommerce Germanized” is still activated. Maybe you can try on your dev environment to deactivate in a frist step, to know where the problem comes from.

It seems that there is a problem with the Plug-in: “WooCommerce Germanized” that cause this problem. So its not an issue of YITH.
