    You sir, Are officially my best friend ever. I have actually tried that method before. But for some reason my host file was named host.bak and i wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be or not. So i left it how it was. Turns out it wasn’t supposed to have the .bak. That was the only problem. Thanks you rock. So for anyone that needs to know, or who sees this thread and doesn’t want to go through the trouble of going through the tutorial, open your hosts file located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\ and add the line

    127.0.0.1 yourhostname.com

    and it will work. Again, thanks a ton cubecolour. You’re awesome.

    How would i do that? I’m using WAMP for my server.
