I’ve tried Safari and Chrome, even tried on mobile. Same. And not in private browser. I contacted DreamHost this morning, but they’re clueless. They’ve opened a ticket and will get back to me when they have anything. Thanks for your help.
@threadi It brings up the Live Preview page, but it’s totally blank, up top says Loading…
@threadi I can’t customize even once a new theme is activated. The only theme I can customize is the current one.
I’ve deactivated all plugins and tried but still no joy.
I can activate other themes, but just can’t customize it once it’s active. Weird, I know.
