the access problem came back this morning on a reliable internet line
with a login refused yet good

For maintenance I had to deactivate – reactivate all my plugins….
At the time of reactivation I had an error “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
Then then this login problem
Going through the cpanel – I was able to put in old askimet and it got fixed.
It also gives me problems with wp rocket cache purge and permission to see pages
Even deactivated – I have to put in old so that my site works normally
I could see but maybe it is a coincidence that askimet prevented the activation of the Login LockDown plugin
I asked my host to restart memcachedphp and make sure to whitelist my IP
This allowed me to reactivate askimet normally, to purge the unused css and the cache of wp rocket
I think it’s good now

I’m no expert but maybe together we’ll find the cause…

I added in wp rocket
“remove unused resources” part the exclusion for .elementor-shortcode where the weather shortcode is installed and .owm-weather-id
in the “report javascript” part I put the exclusion “owm-weather”

it seems to work on all devices and browser chrome and edge private or not….
I don’t have firefox

However, I saw something that puzzled me….
I saw this error
DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://www.jardinerie-animalerie-fleuriste.fr/wp-content/plugins/owm-weather/js/bootstrap.bundle.min.js.map: HTTP error : status code 410, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
When I look through cpanel I don’t see a bootstrap.bundle.min.js file but rather this bootstrap5.bundle.min.js file
What do you think ?

Thank you so I just sent a message
because even by re-installing the extension it causes the same type of errors including ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
