Having the same issue. Button not appearing. It does look like the wp_header and wp_footer are in the CSS. Site is http://www.mohrassociates.com/wordpress. do you need sign-on info as well? liking this theme but having many issues with layout other than home page. Currently, ‘menu’ is hidden for this theme as it creates a large vertical bar. we’d prefer the button. Hidden menu could be where the problem lies. Thanks for your help.
