Yes with different theme’s I was getting the error. I then deactivated all my plugins and reactivated them one by one and it might have solved the issue. Havent gotten an error yet since.

I am having a similar problem, my files are being uploaded as i can see them using a ftp program. but when i access the files list section in the plug in, none of the files are listed!
How can i fix it?
