Forum YYY Attributes
Visibility – PublicForum Groups
All available groups checkedGroups
Group xxx – Create/Edit Topics and Replies (and view all topics/replies)
Group aaa – same for all groups that are checked under forum groups
Non-logged in users – Only View Topics/RepliesWhat is happening for non-logged-in users
1) Viewing all topics shows sticky but not other topics in forum YYY, clicking on one of the sticky topics in forum YYY shows the topic title but not the content
2) Viewing just Forum YYY results in a prompt to login to the websiteNote that I have some forums where only a subset of groups are allowed to creat/edit and other forums where a subset of groups are allowed to view only and other groups are allowed to create/edit.
Do you have any other suggestions to solve the problems that I am having?
Thank you for the information but this is not my question. I don’t want to uninstall updraft plus. I can see that the plugin has failed to complete backups multiple times and it appears that there are many leftover lock likes like this one –
updraft_lock_d885e4663aeb
in the wp_options table. First, I want to know if it’s OK to delete these manually or will do this somehow affect the operation of my updraft plus installation?
Secondly, updraft plus has ALOT of autoloading records in wp_options. Given that the program does not need to run on every page, I would like to trim down all of the automatic Loading which must take place on EVERY page on our website. I am also trying to determine if any of these updraft plus records MUST be autoloaded on every page for updraft plus to work.
I am looking forward to answers to these questions.

The General information is an Open Forum with “Public” visibility set. It has several private groups whose options are set to “Create/Edit Topics/Replies (and view all topics/replies). In addition, the non-logged-in users are set to “Only View Topics/Replies”.

Thank you for looking at this. The easiest way to see the problem is to do the following steps:
1) Go to https://n1fd.org
2) Drop down the FORUMS Menu and try to open the ‘GENERAL INFORMATION’ choiceYou should get a login prompt.

In reply to: [Robo Gallery - Photo & Image Slider] Force Cache ClearThe permissions on wp-content/plugins/robogallery/cache/css are 0755 and all of the files in the directory are 0644. All of the .css files have dates/time of today and early this morning indicating that they are all updated totday. The index.html file in this directory is 0 bytes.
These permission values are the same for all of the other plugin directories on our site.

In reply to: [Error Log Monitor] ELM Messages in PHP LogI have the Pro version of the plugin. I have been seeing errors from other plugins (but nothing related to Wordfence) except for these errors. Do they indicate a separate set of issues with Wordfence that I need to report to that vendor or are they just part of normal ELM pro version operation?

In reply to: [Robo Gallery - Photo & Image Slider] Force Cache ClearThank you for getting back to me. Apparently, saving the gallery is not flushing my caches. I’ve saved both an updated gallery and by Master Gallery which I have set in the Clone Gallery section for the problem gallery. I’ve also cleared my CDN, host cache, and browser cache. Finally, I’ve set the Robo Gallery Cache timeout to 1 hour and waited 90 minutes. Still not update to the problem galleries. If I disable the cache in the problem gallery and save it, I immediately see my updates. If I then re-enable the cache in my problem galleries and save again, they revert to the old, non-updated versions.
Looks like there is a problem with Robo Gallery cache updates here.
Log and information on the problem has been posted in the paid support forum on your website.
There are some full pathnames in the logs that I’d rather not include in a public link. Can you give me an email address to send the log information to?

After the update to 4.9.9/PRO 4.7.8, we are getting 503 errors on all attempts to access the backend (admin) site of our site. The front end was fine while all of this was going on. Had to roll back to 4.9.8/4.7.7 to correct the problem and regain access to the admin side of our site.
Please, correct.
