After following everything in the famouse 5 minute guide – if you’re stuck with loading the admin page – it could be as simple as adding PHP install folder to the path ( http://oviya.me/?p=1 )

If you get an error that says unable to locate mysql modules etc – your PHP bin folder may not be added to the system PATH. You can find out more information here
