I’ve had my hosts revert back to 4.1.29 which seems to have fixed the issue.
I didn’t actually make any changes as the back end (option panel) showed everything correctly.

I’ve managed to reload the favicon, but none of the other customization are taking. Eg. site logo

I’ve tried changing/reloading the images – everything displays correctly and appears to save on back end but not showing correctly on site.
