Please try regenerating the Email templates.
Under Jigoshop > Emails delete the email template and the regenerate them be going to Jigoshop > Settings > General and scroll down to Email Details and click “Generate Defaults”.If the first solution doesn’t provide a resolution, please install and configure a plugin named WP Mail SMTP: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/.
Could you please provide your system info? Which Payment Methods are you using?
I’m not sure what happened with the previous post. I didn’t even know it was possible to delete them. Either way I’m sorry that this appears to have occurred.

The proper way to use Google Tracking is by entering your Google Analytics ID into the Integration section of Jigoshop > Settings > General settings page within your Dashboard.
This places the code in the ‘Thank You’ page.

Please check your Jigoshop account for available downloads/updates. If there are none, contact us at support@jigoshop.com with your account info and we can make sure that they are supplied.

I’ve just tested to confirm that this works in my testing environment. It may be necessary to delete the current templates (Jigoshop > Emails) and the regenerate them under Jigoshop > Settings > General.
What version of Jigoshop are you all on?

@hitmanireland — The first thing that I would check is caching. If you are using a caching plugin, be sure to clear the cache and then turn caching off before deactivating the plugin. Please let us know if the suggestion helps.

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Blank page!!@learpo — This is probably because your theme has built-in Jigoshop elements. Try renaming the theme over FTP to deactivate it and then try to login to the Dashboard again. Then be sure that Jigoshop is activated, change the theme name back, and try to reactivate it.
