One more change on the wording. I forgot to mention I need “Party” Changed to “Patient Name”. Sorry. Here is where I’m using the plugin so you can see what I’m trying to accomplish.
Yes, I did figure that out eventually. The custom legend is working as expected but {email} tag will not activate.

I tried deleting the plugin and removing the files and then re-uploading but I keep getting the same error.
Once I upload the files to the plugin directory, do I have to activate them in some way? I do not see how to use them. Do they just go in the main plugins directory or do they go in the restaurant reservations plugin folder.
Sorry for the confusion.
Also, If you can let me know a way to include the users email in the body of the admin email that would be awesome. I realist that it may go to spam, but I can create a filter to send it to inbox.

i was able to get my site back up shortly after I sent this message by renaming the plugin folder. I have reinstalled it as directed and have it up and running again. You had mentioned in another post about renaming the sections like “Book a Table” being possible in upcoming releases. Do you have an ETA for this feature. Currently, I have to keep changing the files to “Request an Appointment” every update.
I downloaded the version here and it does not include the Addons.class.php either.
