When navigating on your site, I noticed an error in my browser console in secondary languages (deutsch and turkish) occurring in all pages:

I can see that the cookie is not updated in secondary languages (woocommerce_items_in_cart).
Could you try to activate the WordPress default (twenty fifteen) theme to check if you still have the problem?
