In reply to: [BadgeOS] No completed badges to display at this time.Hi Michael.
I really don’t want to lose this plugin, so I’ve tried to follow your instructions by Googling how to do it. No JS errors are showing in my dev tools console, and the only ajax request I can see is shown as:
This happens for my custom BP theme and Twenty Fifteen so I guess that’s what it should do?
I’m not a professional developer so if I’m going along completely the wrong lines, please feel free to say so and I’ll just have to let it go!
But if those are the checks you were referring to, do you have any other suggestions I could look into myself please?
I can’t get my head around how it displays fine in activity stream but not profile tab.
Again I appreciate it’s a theme issue and not your plugin so no worries if that’s as far as your willing to help. Thanks.

In reply to: [BadgeOS] No completed badges to display at this time.Unfortunately that’s way over my head, so I will have to uninstall 🙁
But just wanted to say thank you for your time & input – appreciate you still tried to help even though it was a theme problem. Thanks again.

In reply to: [BadgeOS] No completed badges to display at this time.It is the theme – the badges show up fine in the tab if I switch to Twenty Fifteen etc.
I don’t expect you to debug my site but are you able to point me in the right direction please? What should I look for in my theme?

In reply to: [BadgeOS] No completed badges to display at this time.So you’re saying the badges aren’t showing up because they are incomplete?
But I have tried manually awarding the badge via admin, and also creating one step badges. Both of these methods create a badge in the activity stream and on Credly. They just don’t show up in Achievements tab.
My theme overrides Buddypress default templates. Could this be effecting the output?

In reply to: [BadgeOS] No completed badges to display at this time.Hi Michael,
Thanks for replying.
Yes, the achievements are in their WP admin profile and I have manually awarded some too but they don’t display in front end tab.
Some of the achievements are one step only so I don’t think it’s because they’re half way through an achievement either, if that makes sense.
Don’t know if it helps but the website it’s happening on is mumpany.com.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Compliments] Missing ButtonHi Viruthagiri – sorry for the delay.
My theme was overriding bp template, so the code you gave works perfectly.
Thanks so much! Great plugin.
I have tried deactivating all my other plugins to see if there is a conflict there, but still get the same error.
Please let me know if I can help narrow it down any other way.
Hi,
Thanks for looking into this.
1) No I’m not using any role modifying plugins.
2) I can’t access any of the plugin pages.
Sorry if that’s not much help.
Just downloaded and installed Ultimate FAQ (as admin) but when I click Settings, I get the insufficient permissions error. 🙁
I’m not the plugin author, I’m a user.
