In reply to: [Sydney] Can I sell my services through Sydney theme?Hi Roman,
Thank you very much for reply.
Do you know if the website above (https://gotranscript.com/upload/transcriptions) uses eCommerce theme or just eCommerce plugin?How much would it cost if I hire you?
Will you do it within the Sydney theme or you’ll still have to change the Sydney theme to the eCommerce theme?
Is it always better to use initially eCommerce theme for this or it’s okay to just use eCommerce plugin?Yours, Muhammadi
Dear Michael,
I mean a previous question, asked 1 month ago, which was not answered:
“Dear Steve,
1. When approximately will be the next fixed release?
2. Should I submit muhamadi/sitemap.xml to “Add/test sitemap” of Google WMT or wait for the next release of AIOS?
3. Will AIOS create separate sitemaps for each language? Does it mean that I should “Add a property” in Google WMT for each language and submit separate sitemaps for each language?”Dear Jan,
I very much appreciate it.Dear Michael,
I’m sorry, I got no reply to my previous question, so I decided to make a new topic. You can delete new topic and keep only this topic.
Does you answer mean that AIOSEO still haven’t solved this problem?
If yes, then when will AIOSEO solve it? Several new versions were released since my first question 2 months ago, and the problem is still not solved.- This reply was modified 8 years, 7 months ago by Muhamadi.
Dear Steve,
muhamadi.com/sitemap.xml still shows only English pages, it does not show Russian pages.
Please tell me how to SEO Russian pages.Dear Steve,

In reply to: [Sydney] Border between content and sidebarHi @romanbon,
For you to know, I really accidentally did it. I’m not making it up, it is absolutely true.
At that time I didn’t like the result, then I found the right background and frame color, but, unfortunately, forgot how I created this border.Here is the whole css that I apply, maybe it will help you in figuring out the solution.
I definitely made some small changes to the existing code, nothing major:.widget_sydney_latest_news .roll-button {
display: none;
}
body > .preloader{ display: none; }
.widget-area .widget {
padding-top: 0;
}
.site-info {
text-align: center;
}#gallery-1 {text-align: center;}
figure.gallery-item {margin: 5px; width: 267px; display: inline-block;}#mainnav-mobi {
background-color: #ffffff;
}
#mainnav-mobi ul li {
border-color: #f2f2f2;
}
#mainnav-mobi ul > li > a {
color: #dd2525;
}
.entry-title{
display: none;
}
#content.page-wrap .content-wrapper {
background-color: rgba(245, 245, 245, 0.7);
}
#content #primary {
background-color: #f4f4f4;
padding: 0;
}
#sidebar-footer {
padding: 40px 0 0;
}
h6 {
font-family: Roboto, sans-serif, google;
}
h2 {
font-family: ‘Raleway’, sans-serif;
}
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 {
font-weight: normal;
color: #dd2525
}
body {
line-height: 24px;
}
hr {
border: 1px solid #dd2525;
}
.widget {
font-size: 16px;
line-height: 24px;
}
#mainnav ul li a {
font-family: ‘Raleway’, sans-serif;
}
.site-header{
background-color: transparent;
}
.roll-button.button-slider{
background-color: transparent;
}.roll-button.button-slider:hover{
border-color: #0934d7;
background-color: #0934d7;
color: #fff;

In reply to: [Sydney] Border between content and sidebar@romanbon, is there a way, plugin or something, that saves all the changes applied to Dashboard → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS?
Like all the changes made in editing the page are saved, and can be checked and compared in “Revisions” section.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Sydney] Border between content and sidebarHi, @romanbon,
Thank you for your help.
You are very good with finding a way around the problem))This is not exactly what I want.
You (as far as I can understand) added a border to the sidebar. It moves sidebar text more to the right side. There are also other small drawbacks.I want frame, surrounding content and sidebar areas, to appear between them.
I somehow did exactly this, playing with CSS. Maybe it was part of the whole background that appeared between them (because frame and whole background colors were the same).
The code, that I accidentally entered, was way simpler. I actually thought that my applied code mentioned above would be enough, but it’s not.
I tried to add padding to #content.page-wrap .content-wrapper, but it didn’t help too.Please let me know if there is anything confusing to you.

In reply to: [Sydney] Border between content and sidebarWhen I was playing with the code, the blue frame that surrounds both content and sidebar areas also appeared between content and sidebar areas (black vertical line part).
At the same time, red horizontal came all the way to the left and right limits of content area.Unfortunately, I don’t remember how I did it))
Right now I have applied this code:
#content.page-wrap .content-wrapper {
background-color: blue;
}
#content #primary {
background-color: white;
padding: 0;
}Here is an example of a website with a gap between content and sidebar areas:

In reply to: [Sydney] Border between content and sidebarHi, @romanbon,
Hope you are doing well.Sure, here is a link to screenshot:
http://muhamadi.siterubix.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Border.jpgAs you can see, there is no gap between content and sidebar areas (black vertical line).
I want to have a gap of different color (this color can be blue) between content and sidebar areas.Also as you can see, horizontal line in content area (horizontal line after heading word “Lorem Ipsum”) goes till the end to the left, but on the right side there is a blank space between content and sidebar. Red arrow shows that blank space.
I want this blank space to disappear, I want horizontal line to go till the end of content area to the right too.- This reply was modified 8 years, 10 months ago by Muhamadi.

In reply to: [Sydney] Content Background Color ChangeHi @romanbon,
1. It increases the padding at the expense of text area.
When you compare images “Desktop” and “Desktop 5%” you will see that text shrank both from top and sides.
“Mobile” and “Mobile 5%” – a little shrink from top.
“Mobile” and “Mobile 10%” – shrink both from top and sides.
2. In Mobile view there is still a frame around content area, which visually shrinks text area and distracts user’s attention from text area.The bottom line is, in Mobile view I want to have the same background color for the content area, with no border/frame.

http://muhamadi.siterubix.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Mobile.jpgRight now I stick with this code:
#content.page-wrap .content-wrapper {
background-color: white;
}
#content #primary {
background-color: white;
}I don’t like the fact that frame around my sidebar is also white, but it’s better than having different colors of content and frame.
Please tell me that you totally understood what I explained you in this message.
Please let me know if there is anything confusing to you.

In reply to: [Sydney] Content Background Color ChangeHaha)) @romanbon,
Nice trick to make a way around it)
But there are several drawbacks out of this method:
1. It increases the padding at the expense of text area.
Actual text area is smaller, which is especially negative for the Mobile view ( in Mobile view text area should be as wide as possible).
2. In Mobile view there is still a border/frame around content area, which visually shrinkens/lessens/shortens text area even more.
I’ve increased the padding in website for you to see the drawbacks.So there is no way around it.
I need to make frame around content and content color different from everything else.Still it was a very good move)) Thank you for that.
Please Keep trying

In reply to: [Sydney] Content Background Color ChangeHi @romanbon,
Once again, thanx for your reply.
I thought that all themes have content area as it should be, you know, a little bit wider than the content itself.
But content area of Sydney is too close to the text.
So in Sydney different color of only content area looks ugly.Nevertheless, Thank you for your trying.
Please let me know if you somehow figure out the answer.
Cheers
