In reply to: [Greenshift - animation and page builder blocks] Carousel / Slider questionI have a different slider issue. I have a slider which was working very nicely until I started using reusable blocks. Now it’s not applying the styles set within it.
36px font size displays as 14px in browser, though still set to 36px;
icon buttons no longer show set size & colour;
some elements just don’t display.
I have tried optimising the database etc. which fixed it initially but as soon as I try to do anything, the slider items start corrupting.
I’ve also tried different browsers… it happens on Chrome on ipad too so some message is not getting out from the server properly.

Tried it but the anchor didn’t work – still goes to the page, not the anchor in the tab. :((
OK, will try – I did create a custom anchor within the accordion, but it seemed to ignore those, but will give it another go….
Would be a really neat feature as only come across one other builder that does this..

In reply to: [Greenshift - animation and page builder blocks] Rearrange order of slidesOK thank you, will try that – suspected that might be the way, but didn’t want to mess up your code! Would be nice if there was a little up/down arrow to do this on the slide like you have for other items.
I can see the picture of the YouTube video on the Greenshift site video box, but it will not play on ipadmini.
This is the video background I use: https://youtu.be/a0uWuwaUsBE but I have it in .mov /mp4 format. It plays fine on everything else. And I have also reduced size as far as possible.
I know ipadmini is now old tech really, but as i explained above, it will play the video, just not in the context of WordPress & Greenshift, so i figure it’s worth chasing up to iron out the bug. If it was just the tech, I imagine it wouldn’t play at all on ipadmini.

BTW the way I am using Gutenberg blocks.
This is a well known bug, just google it. It results from normal usage of your wonderful product, in particular the application of gradients, instead of a flat colour, to the text in advanced headings. That text simply does not render on certain devices (or it all renders in black whatever colour is chosen) though it does appear as configured on others. Someone else raised this on your FB page and the person there replied that it was because they were using an older device. It isn’t. To reproduce this you would have to apply gradient to text in an advanced heading and then view the page on an older Apple device.
It doesn’t require support from you, I was trying to help, to pass on a solution, not a problem.

You’re welcome! There was nothing online about this. Hope to save others my pain. Tool is otherwise great but was really stumped for a while as to why the previously working recaptcha box suddenly disappeared.
