Sorry for the late reply. First delete the plugin and install a fresh copy. Then if you still face the problem please debug it yourself first that is there any other plugin’s has broken script. You can track that by opening your browser console. You will be able to see there script error. If you still face issues after fixing other plugin, please let us know. We will re-look in our plugin.

I have checked your mentioned issue. But it’s not related to our plugin.

To sort out the issue, please deactivate all of the plugins from your website and re-activate it again one by one. This is the way, you can find out the error causing plugin.
