Thanks man, for quick response. And i just figured it out. In my case your plugin conflict with my “light speed cache” plugin. I just remove cache plugin and it works as usual. #Thanks.

You share a screenshot that probably in sidebar menu which i recent used by 2 plugin called,
1. sticky scroll sidebar
2. custom sidebar.
Ex: Reviewerguides
You can use it also in footer if you want though but you should little customized your code.
