I can’t tell you how thankful I was to find this tidbit on the internet. I spent so many hours searching until I found this short little review. I was just about to fork over hundreds of dollars just to get the Business Chat integration and here Jivo does it for free. Great product and looking forward to growing into the paid version. I’m a solopreneur as well and the rates that some of these products charge are just way too far out of my range for the time being.
