Please help,
I must be blind, because I cannot find a “presentation”, or a “design” tab anywhere on my dashboard! Apparently, this is what I need, to be able to design my sidebar. I would so love to design my sidebar, but cannot find access to it by any means.
Can you help me?

I would love to be able to design my sidebar, but I looked to the left, in dashboard, for a design tab, but could find none! I have tried other themes, but could not seem to be able to navigate the ability to change anything in any of the sidebars. Am I choosing the wrong themes? How can I change the look, and add, copied code into the sidebar widgets?
please help, I am so new at all of this,
