I’m having what seems to be the same issue on a site using the Divi theme. Can someone tell me what I need to be looking for to troubleshoot this with Divi if this is indeed a theme issue?
I see this is marked as resolved, but I am having the same problem and don’t see the resolution listed here.
My site is hosted by GoDaddy, they insist the port is open. However I am getting the same error message. What is the resolution?

I have yet to purchase the product. Hence this being labled as “pre-sales.” So I don’t have an account set up to access the paid support area. How do you recommend I go about getting this question answered. I’m not purchasing the full bundle until I know it will be able to do all of the things I need it to be able to do or I have a clear work-around in mind.
