Forget it. It was due to the “Scripts-To-Footer” plugin.
Oh, sorry! I’ve found the issue: “Scripts-To-Footer Plugin”. I didn’t realized that I recently installed it. Disabling it the problem is solved.
Thanks for your time.I can’t find any option that defers JS. Also, “defer javascript” is not checked.

However, I’ve seen this error on the Firebug console:
“NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – http://site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wppa_admin_menu&tab=edit&edit_id=34&wppa_nonce=ecd200feb3”
This may help to find out the issue…
