Ugh yeah I see.. I don’t have the gallery panel neither. Maybe it comes from an add-on provided by Shortcodes-Ultimate?

Not really sure but when you add a new page to your site, you have a button “Insert Shortcode”. Click on it, then you’ll have an interface to change slides, remove/add photos.
