Please clarify the admin pages where you get these notifications.Ali2Woo Lite plugin has a feature that allows you to override product supplier.
The product override feature is very helpful if you get a new order for the out-of-stock product and want to fulfill the order from another supplier or vendor on AliExpress.

and fixed the issue on your website.Just to shine more light on the issue. The last version of the plugin has a lot of fixes and code improvements, therefore we highly suggest to update it using WordPress install plugin page method.
When you update the plugin by simple replacing old files, it can cause such issues. Therefore next time just follow this recommendation.
