Okay well I solved this problem for myself. I deactivated all my Plugins and activated them one by one while trying to place links in Facebook. When I deactivated everything, the Title came up when i was sharing the links. I kept doing this as i reactivated each plugin one by one. The advertisement Management plugin was causing this and i don’t know why. For now it will be deactivated.
You would have to log in to your host to do so. For example I host on Godaddy so i would have to log in and go to the hosting section and find the directory folder.
