Yes I did manage to solve this.
The stock was managed at product level.
The solution was to change the stock level in the inventory tab to more than the sock I had for all the variations.

The issue doesn’t persist after I clear the browsers cache, Ie. clear cookies.
Also the issue doesn’t happen if I view the site in the incognito window.I have set the cashing plugin the same as recommended in the guide. See screen shot https://snipboard.io/zGZHP3.jpg
So not sure what the issue is. Any ideas appreciated.

The issue was W3 Total Cache plugin. So I have deactivated it. Now Im getting all the xml sitemaps. For some reason im still getting the following message on the rss sitemap.
“This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.”
Any ideas why?

I have just tried to copy the form-edit-address.php file from (/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/myaccount/form-edit-address.php)
and moved it to (/wp-content/themes/my theme(in this case Neve)/page templates)
Unfortunately it isn’t showing up in my page templates when I create a new page. Any idea why?
It is the right location because I put a test php file in the same location with the following code <?php /* Template Name: CustomPageT1 */ ?>
and it worked fine and showed up on the list of page templates.
however when I put the form-edit-address.php file in the same place nothing shows up in the page templates.
Any help appreciated.
