Thanks guys found out what the problem was, I had Bullet proof security plugin install which has limited captcha as part of it, I’ve disabled it and it works not. thanks.

Every CAPTCHA is removed I have no active plugins and no reCAPTCHA active with ProfileBuilder completely bare, I did have “WP Fastest Cache” active which I have now disabled and went through the same set of reCAPTCHA tests after reading the forums here with no success at all. I still keep getting the error message, I’ve cleared the browser cache etc. Still keep getting this error message. On logging into the dashboard backend I get the third line on the login screen to type in the CAPTCHA text so CAPTCHA is active on the WordPress site. However the error message still persists on the website login for registered users, I get nothing but this error message regardless what I try.
