yes I know.
These are all selected.
In case 3 as I described I got the settings.
But the settings appears only if and only if I have created the group/capacity pair over the edit page site panel.
If I rename the capacity the settings in media are disappering (without changing the settings recommented by you)
Renaming back the capacity shows the settings in media again.
This is reproducable.
