Could I suggest this could be part of the uninstall process as an option to remove all data or at least a part of the documentation so users know how to do this?

The question is on your personal site is the “New User” a customer (made an order without a user account) or a User (made an order but HAS a valid user account) ?

My customers don’t make user accounts when making an order.
I also make orders for some customers, when I am repeating an order for a customer I would like to select that customer’s (not a user) detail to auto-fill the address, billing address and other order information. The order may not have the same products on it, but it will need to have the same customer information.

Hmm, this doesn’t really resolve the issue, the correct usage would be to use the correct tax code category. What if that tax category rate gets changed? There would be no point of requesting a tax category if we rely on changing things manually.
