OK, so I disabled Backup Buddy and cleared the cache and it is working fine now.

I added code to make the header image 100% now and resize but get white space between the header and menu. There have been some complicated solutions I read involving media queries to swap images. I have been away from the WordPress world for a while now didn’t know what is the current best practice for the header.
