I’m having the same problem – all works fine on my smartphone (android gingerbread) but on my boyfriend’s phone (android kitkat 4.4) he gets the too many server redirects error with any and every page he tries to load.
We have the plugin on several websites and it’s the same error on all of them on his phone.

Any way to fix this? We really like the plugin otherwise.
