In reply to: [Pixel Caffeine] Endlessly loading product feedI am having this issue as well. Additionally, there doesn’t seem to be a “save in background” option in the latest version 2.0.4.
On my PRODUCT CATALOG page, it just says “The feed is refreshing, this process may take a few minutes!” with a spinner. It’s been running hours and it is only showing 3 products added (I have more than 50).
Whats more troubling though is that 1) there doesn’t seem to be a way to cancel or reset this function. Additionally, I cannot find any documentation about this feature, so it’s hard to know what I may be doing wrong, if anything.
Please help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce: Order Status/Completion?Thanks Mike for your note. To confirm: 1) the meaning of “completed” is supposed to reflect that the item has shipped (not paid and not package delivered) 2) to change the status from PROCESSING to COMPLETED, this required manual intervention – this means that the order management person must manually verify that the order has been sent, and then change the status in Woo Orders, 3) there is nothing included in Woo that would AUTOMATICALLY change the status from “processing” to “completed”.
Are the above points correct?
If I understand what you are saying regarding updating automatically, there needs to be some programming involved. I’m new to the WP/Woo environment and PHP, so I am a bit reluctant to start messing with code-level changes. At the very least I’d need to spent lots of time figuring out how to make it work.
Are there any plugins out there you are familiar with that can do this job? Like I said – preferably I’d like “complete” to reflect order delivered, but I guess I could accept “order shipped”. I am using AliDropShip/ePacket/Cainiao for orders/shipping/tracking.
Thanks again for your help.
I did my research, and there were a number of things there were not illustrated as part of your demo. They are all documented above. These are the kinds of things you cannot fully grasp until you have had the chance to install, modify, and configure the plugin directly. I had worked through your channels to resolve these issues, but found they too time-consuming to overcome. My requests for a refund were not accepted. I also see that my review on your website has not be posted. You say that you have “many happy and satisfied customers”, but if you won’t post ALL reviews then I take that statement as suspect. It was not my aim to make a big deal about this. It could have been avoided by giving this plugin a little more time in the oven to enhance the feature set, better documentation, a more clear explanation of UX, and of course a more understanding after-sales service. I would be happy to revised my post here with a prompt refund.
