I tried editing the phpMyAdmin as above but when I try to view the ‘home’ page in my wordpress directory I see the homepage in the root. I just want to be able to edit and view the homepage in the wordpress directory before publishing the whole new website
I didn’t move anything yet. I installed wordpress into /wp3
I wanted to work on it before going live
