I want users to be able to add family names in a family website, locations gender(males female or unisex name) meaning, origins and description…. However, I want to be able to give approval before listing them. I hope that makes sense!

It seems to repeat on every single page. Here it is [ redundant link removed ]. Also when I box the page the background image shows behind.
