Mine seems to have resolved itself after I deactivated then reactivated both WP Super Cache and Jetpack.
Hope yours is now back to normal too.

I’m seeing the “live” version of the site via WordPress, but some of my readers are seeing a version of the homepage from March 6th, which is not updating when I post anything new. If users go directly to anything posted after that date (e.g. via a link) they can see the new material, so the posts are definitely there, but the cache is not being updated to show them.
I updated Jetpack a few days ago and I’m wondering if some conflict has arisen as a result.
