When you said, fajr should be 5:49, if you know their calculation method and apply it, it should give you the same as well as fajr time differs based on whatever calculation methods are used.
As for the loading, it was done intentionally. Otherwise, the system loads every city worldwide, slowing the whole admin.

Did you try to resave the time related translations and refresh? Please try to resave whatever translation you like, even it looks same, and let me know if it worked.

can you send me the adhan.mp3 you are using, I will test with that.

Otherwise, it will show the wrong times.
As for the DST, the third-party tool I use does not do it automatically. I am thinking of adding two date fields where you can set it and after the import, it should shift 1 hour automatically.
I will test the idea.
