I think there was a mistake in the csv, Asr mithl 1 can never be 10pm.
I think I advised masjid who do not publish both Asr time to use same time for both Asr mithl, which was not the case in the csv.As I also mentioned, your preg function works correctly just correctly too but your preg funciton should stop this csv with a validation error too.

Can you tell me where and when you notice this?
This was added to dim the screen after Isha till Fajr to keep the electricity uses low and keep the LED of the screen using 10% only. Good for environment and not to be wasteful.This was also added after each prayer start for 5 mins and it will refresh with the next prayer data.

I understand your frustration and this is mine too.
Putting table in css is one of the most difficult thing when it comes to responsiveness for a large table. Hence I had to do in this way.
Earlier version was forcing the table to see in desktop mode where user need to zoom in to read the line.Please advice and share your expertise to make it easier for others inshaaAllah.

Are you using any cache plugin, that sometimes causing the issue.The prayer time should not be cached.
