Sure. But I need some background. Are you using automatic settings or uploading the csv.
In both cases, you can download you current csv, fix the times and upload it again. As for the timezone, please make sure you selected the correct city, not UTC and finally disable any cache plugin if you have any.

Sorry my brother, for now, you will have to have a slider for this. The system does not support multiple Iqamah.
