Hi @avacher,
Sorry for the delayed response.
Have you tried clicking on the “Sync” button on Loco Translate?
Can you please let us know what exactly are the strings that are not getting translated?
Hi @kkitran,

Perhaps a screenshot can be really helpful.
Hi @tarikbisevac,
Thank you for your reply.
Upsell and downsells are CartFlows Pro features, and we are not allowed to provide support for Pro version here on the forums, which are dedicated only to free version.
As you’re a pro user, I recommend lodging a ticket on our support center so we can provide a better support experience for you.

In reply to: [Stripe Payments For WooCommerce by Checkout Plugins] Untranslatable StringHi @evita086,
Thank you for choosing our product and writing in!
I checked your query with our developers, and it seems these strings are sent by stripe API.
As of now, we don’t have an option to translate these strings.
However, we will do our best to make it possible in our upcoming updates.
If there’s anything else, please let us know.

Can you please share a screenshot or your checkout URL where we can see the issue?
Yes @joni54321,
It will work for logged in and registered users as well.
If there’s anything else, please let me know.
Hello @dsizz0529,
Thank you for choosing our product and writing in!
This sounds like a third-party plugin or theme conflict. Here’s what we can do to make sure:
Firstly, try to temporarily switch to another theme, like default themes like – Twenty-Twenty or Twenty Nineteen, and check if the error or issue persists.
Next, you can deactivate all the plugins temporarily and see if that solves the error. If it does then activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
Hope this helps.
Let me know how it goes.
Hello @georgesmcp,
Thank you for choosing CartFlows and writing in!
The name field on the credit card payment section is controlled by your payment plugin, not CartFlows.
I recommend to once check with your payment gateway provider support and kindly ask them if it’s possible to prefill the name field from checkout fields.
Let us know if we could be of any further assistance.
Hello @arunsaini1611,
Thank you for choosing CartFlows and writing in!
It’s not possible to exclude certain products from global checkout, but you can assign certain flows to specific products so those products will go through a different flow.

Hope this helps.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
