Try with our latest update and enable debug log then see your debug.log file that there is any returning any error or not.
If there is not php issue then it’s should work fine. So, try after enable debug log and if it’s not worked then share the error.

In reply to: [bKash WordPress Payment] Bkash Integration milestones taskYes I know about this that’s why I added a option to create bkash docs that you can use for request to get merchant account and fulfil their requirement and fortunately it’s already accepted a account by using it.
To create similar pdf doc go to “API Request Docs” page from WPbkash. For more info see this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWe19HXeoMk although it’s created long time ago and plugin already changed error message popup ui so might look different now. But process almost same.

Can you share a screenshot or something. and seems you remove payment gateway from your demo site. can you added bkash gateway using our plugin so I can see what is the issue there.

and one more thing you will notice your theme generate js error btw it’s not going to stop bkash payment but just let you know.

and Did you check you input bKash credentials properly? this can be happen if something went wrong with the input.
btw, I have plan to display message to the admin if credentials are wrong that might be avoid this type of issue in future.

In reply to: [bKash WordPress Payment] Bkash Username and Password IssueThat’s really unfortunate to here. But I just check 3 different environment with latest WordPress and WooCommerce it’s working fine it should be.
So, if possible enable debug on your site then look there is any related error exists or not.
And Yes username can be string rather then a phone number or email so don’t worry just input whatever credentials they gave it will be working if you input properly.
I have plan to display message to admin if credentials are wrong./

In reply to: [bKash WordPress Payment] Payment IdSorry, Can you explain what dose you mean by Payment ID here, We already add bKash Transection ID in order data and also display in order detail page. And in bKash payment ID called Transection ID.

We added an error message after failing bKash Payment Checkout on WooCommerce and also fixed amount value on bkash iframe.
Actually if user pay same account within 2/3 min bKash remove there iframe. So, didn’t find a better way to approach it.
Let us know it’s helps you to get approval from bKash.
Then we will add some more feature in this plugin such as bKash Charge options etc
