I also contacted you about another wordpress blog http://www.alexanderdaniels.co.uk which is also failing to backup, so its size is 345mb so it should be within capacity. I get this error message…The backup failed: Communication with the online vault failed. An online request succeeded but was malformed. – I tried pasting the (very long) error log in another post but when I went back to check on it, I couldn’t see it, hence why I’m mentioning it here. I’m wondering if it would be better if I sent it as an attachment?
I can’t find the size of the file but am I believe it was about 550mb. Does this make it too large to backup to your server or can you increase the capacity for this blog to 600mb?
