I purchased templates from CodeDesigner, but unfortunately they do not load or import correctly. Despite submitting four support requests so far, I have not received any response.
Since the product is not usable, I requested a refund. However, there has been no reaction to that request either.
Reliable customer support is essential for digital products, especially when technical issues arise. If support inquiries remain unanswered and refund requests are not processed, this is, in my opinion, not professional.
I still hope for a resolution, but at this point, I cannot recommend this provider.
