Is there a way for the text that shows up next to the fields to be the same?
For example, if on my form I have several fields called “quantity”, I do not want to have to label one of them “quantity-1” and the other “quantity-2”.
In other words, is there any way to label the field with something other than its unique identifier?

There are two selection lists:
1. Category
2. Item type
The list of item types depends on the selected category. For example, if you select category of kitchen furniture, the items are tables and chairs. If the category is bedroom furniture, the items should be beds and night tables.
Could you please let me know whether such dependent lists be implemented, and if so, then how?
