Also you will need to provide more information about your issue, this plugin detects the user’s device/browser but it doesn’t do anything as far as changing the way a site behaves by itself, you need to code that.

If it still won’t send updates at that point, I’ll look into this issue further, otherwise the problem is likely with some other plugin or the active theme on your site.

If you can provide me with a test account to access a server where you are having this problem I will debug it.

get_browser_name(); get_browser_version(); php_browser_info();You need to understand basic PHP programming for this plugin to useful.
