Well, maybe this will help, I just talked to a HostGator technician. I’m a complete “noob” at hosting and domains so apparently I skipped a very important step: providing my GoDaddy domain with the HostGator’s nameservers. After this, he told me I should wait up to 48 hours for the website propagation. Let’s see what will happen next…
I’ve got exactly the same problem. I purchased my domain from godaddy and hosting from HostGator, and installed WordPress through Fantastico. I keep getting the same godaddy screen. I can see the WordPress files in my ftp client but I can’t do anything with them.
Any help would be very appreciated.
