  • Hello there Ciprian,

Milos here from ManageWP. Thank you for reaching out.

Just to clarify, are you seeing these just in your logs or on the front end in WP Admin as well? We’d like to investigate this more closely so could you please open a ticket or send an email with all the details to helpdesk@managewp.com so the relevant team can investigate further?

    Kind regards,

    Hi there,

Milos here from the ManageWP team. Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, these .pub files in the wp-content/plugins/worker/publickeys/ directory are a normal part of the installation and nothing to be concerned about.

However, if you do have other indications that someone may have accessed your website without authorization, please feel free to open a support ticket at helpdesk@managewp.com and one of our agents will take a closer look at it.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

    Milos here from ManageWP.

Have you tried refreshing the thumbnails directly by navigating to the site dashboard, clicking on the Settings under the thumbnail >> Refresh thumbnail?

If that doesn’t help, it may be that something is blocking the IPs of our thumbnail generator. Try allowlisting these two IPs (34.214.212.42 and 54.203.109.179) in your system to see if that helps. Also, if the site is a bit slower to load, the thumbnail can show up as blank since our generator waits for only 2 seconds before making the screenshot.

If the issue persists, please feel free to open a support ticket at helpdesk@managewp.com and one of our agents will take a closer look at it.

    Kind regards,
