You cannot import or transfer existing members from PayPal to ClickBank. Not possible. Customers will have to re-purchase/subscribe to ClickBank.
You can set up S2 to communicate with ClickBank.

I reverted to the previous version 4.1.1 and will wait for the developer to fix the bug.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Hosting is on RackSpace Cloud Sites where the MySQL Server is on a different machine. Not sure if that makes a difference.
