A thing you could try now is see which premium plugins needs updating. I tested and singled out the plugin that gave me errors that way.
In my case, I used a plugin rollback to keep forcing updates and a wp-core email sender to check what wp was writing about the updates (mostly because I was working in local).
I’ve seen in here that another known plugin thats triggers this is WPML.
Hope this helps since as written in their wiki there isn’t a specific time support can help and they have mentioned that EUM doesn’t necessarily work with premium plugin and themes.
Try looking for premium plugins and removing the auto updates on them. I used to have the same problem appear with autoupdates activated in Visual composer.
